Rimpact & Bicycle Technologies International (BTI) are pleased to announce a new partnership for 2024 bringing Rimpact products to their catalogue.
Rimpact, known for their group-test winning tire inserts, have historically operated as a direct sales business in the US. However, they have slowly evolved behind the scenes to establish a growing network of distributors and dealers internationally. The goal is to bring Rimpact inserts to more customers with less friction and joining the BTI catalogue will allow the "best in test" tire inserts to be made available to BTI's expansive dealer network. Providing quality service and support for both US dealers and end users, this partnership will open up the US market to the successful UK brand.
"Being able to partner up with a company such as BTI is a tremendous milestone for Rimpact" says Matt Shearn, founder of Rimpact Components Ltd. "BTI's reputation proceeds them, and their hardworking and knowledgeable staff will help remove barriers to our customers across North America. This will not only improve the product choice for consumers but also provide better dealer support for existing and upcoming products."
"We are excited to join forces with Rimpact to bring their exceptional tire inserts to shops throughout North America," said Matt Swart, purchaser at BTI. "Rimpact's dedication to innovation aligns perfectly with BTI's mission to provide cyclists with best-in-class products."
"With BTI's extensive distribution network and commitment to customer satisfaction, shops can now easily incorporate the brand's tire inserts into their weekly orders, receiving the same level of customer service they've come to expect from Rimpact."
