To continue acting with transparency and accountability, Quality Bicycle Products is releasing its 2023 Impact Report to provide a high-level overview of key actions taken by the company regarding Advocacy, Sustainability, Community, and DEI.
Highlights for 2023 include:
- A 46% reduction in plastic void fill in 2023, keeping us on track to reach an 80% total reduction in plastic void fill (compared to our 2021 benchmark)
- A contribution of $75,000 to the IMBA’s Trail Accelerator Grants in support of the creation of four bike parks and trail systems
- An increase from 23.4% to 36.2% in our female-identifying applicant pool, and an increase from 30.1% to 36.6% in our BIPOC applicant pool
- 1,441 hours of paid volunteer time from Q employees that supported local communities and bicycle-related initiatives
