The training series provides bike dealers with important know-how about the TQ-HPR50 e-bike drive technology
Seefeld— With the TQ-HPR50, the TQ Group has successfully launched the quietest, lightest and smallest e-bike drive system in its class. The response and interest has been overwhelming, and bike dealers need to provide quick and competent answers to their customers' demanding questions. For this reason, the TQ Group's e-bike team is continuing the webinar series launched in summer 2023, which provides dealers with important know-how and information on current developments and new products. Participation is free of charge. The next webinar will take place on November 23, 2023.
The webinars will focus on the star from Bavaria: the award-winning TQ-HPR50 system, winner of the Design and Innovation Award 2023 and the Pinkbike Award 2022 as Innovation of the Year. Numerous well-known e-bike manufacturers now rely on the TQ drive. These include Bergamont, BMC, Fantic, Megamo, Mondraker, Pinarello, Rotwild, Scott, Simplon, Stevens and Trek.
The five online live webinars cover the following topics:
- 23.11.2023 | First steps as a dealer
- 07.12.2023 | Arguments for your sales talk
- 11.01.2024 | Troubleshooting & TQ Service Tool
- 25.01.2024 | First steps as a dealer

"Our team here at TQ, wants to become a reliable partner to bicycle retailers and help them succeed in the long term. That is why we offer effective state of the art tools like the new webinar series," says Sophia Lehn, Dealer & Partner Manager (After Sales) at TQ-Drives. Lehn is part of TQ-Drives' dedicated service team, now seven strong. "The compact training sessions feature live Q&A sessions with our TQ experts. Here our dealers get in-depth background knowledge to provide the best riding experience for their customers," adds Lehn.
Due to the great success of the first webinars, which started in August and in which many dealers had already taken part, the TQ e-bike team immediately decided to continue and expand the series. This means that the new online seminars incorporate a lot of feedback that the specialist dealers gave the TQ team during the training sessions and accompanying discussions. One suggestion from webinar participants, for example, was that future training courses should offer more technical content, troubleshooting and tech talks. The e-bike team was able to implement this request as well as the wishes of new dealers, who welcome the fact that topics such as "First steps as a dealer" are now regularly addressed.
