UL certification is the gold standard of safety compliance. Products are put through extensive testing and examination, including battery functionality, to ensure they meet the electric bike battery fire safety requirements.
This safety standard is incredibly important as e-bike battery fires continue to skyrocket. The number one cause of e-bike battery fires is poor quality of e-bike batteries. And, sadly, the majority of e-bike brands in the US do not equip their bikes with UL-certified battery packs. Juiced has always complied with strict safety measures, and the official UL certification is another example of their commitment to providing riders with the gold standard in both product performance and safety.
