North American bicycle retailers and industry partners can now access training from SRAM at the new SRAM Technical University Online portal at stu.sram.com.

Built on the SPARC platform, STU Online provides retail employees all of the tools and resources to learn about, service, and confidently talk about SRAM products.

STU activities in the past have included in-shop visits, regional technical seminars, and in-person training at our Colorado Springs facility. These activities have focused on the hands-on experience of working on and with the SRAM family of products. These activities will remain a key part of the STU experience, as STU Online is not designed to replace in-person STU activities, but rather complement them.

STU Online offers courses covering the five SRAM family brands: SRAM MTB, SRAM Road, RockShox, Zipp, and Quarq. Each brand will contain different tiers of course studies, including features and benefits, technology deep dives, and technology theory. Students work towards Industry Purchase rewards by completing courses.

“We’re not looking to replace the hands-on learning that an in-person STU class can provide, but we want everyone to have the best access to important information on SRAM products,” SRAM Technical Education Manager Riki Bloomquist said. “We’re excited to have this platform to spread our message.”

STU Online is live and can be accessed at stu.sram.com
