CHEYENNE, Wyo. (BRAIN) — On Tuesday afternoon, Wyoming Gov. Mark Gordon signed legislation that recognizes electric bikes as bicycles and enables e-bike riders to enjoy the same paths and trails as other bicycle riders in Wyoming.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (BRAIN) — The City Council here has approved a $16.2 million tax incentive for Scheels, which hopes to open its second Colorado location on the north side of the city in early 2021. Scheels, based in Fargo, N.D., has 27 locations and is one of the country's largest retailers of dealer quality bikes and accessories. It was Trek Bicycle's #1 dealer last year.

BRASELTON, Ga. (BRAIN) — Sales in Fox Factory's Specialty Sports Group — which comprises the company's bicycle brands: Fox and Marzocchi suspension, RaceFace and Easton Cycling — grew 14.9 percent last year, to $282 million, according to an earnings report Tuesday.
