WILMINGTON, Del. (BRAIN) — Wahoo Fitness and Zwift have agreed to settle a patent suit over Zwift's Hub stationary trainer. 

A court filing Thursday shows both sides are asking the court to dismiss Wahoo's patent suit against Zwift and any counterclaims, with each side to pay their own legal fees.

DENVER (BRAIN) — A U.S. District Court denied Fox Factory a preliminary injunction that would have forced SRAM to immediately take some RockShox forks off the market. Fox sued SRAM last July, claiming that the air bleed valves on some RockShox forks infringe on its patents.

PHILADELPHIA (BRAIN) — State Farm Insurance Company has filed an amended complaint against Rad Power Bikes, adding a Taiwanese bike manufacturer and a battery pack manufacturer as defendants, in its lawsuit on behalf of a homeowner who suffered property damage from a fire.

PHILADELPHIA (BRAIN) — State Farm Insurance Company's lawsuit against Rad Power Bikes could be settled later this month after Judge Chad F. Kenney referred the case to another judge to conduct a pre-trial settlement conference on Jan. 17.
